CALL FOR PARTICIPATION IN 1ST SAZU LANGUAGE FAIR 2026

The Centre for Languages and Culture Studies (CLCS), Sa’adu Zungur University, Bauchi State, is pleased to announce a Call for Participation in its 1st Language Fair expected to take place in the middle of the first semester, 2025/2026 session.

The Language Fair is designed to showcase and celebrate the rich linguistic diversity within the University community. The Centre encourages and invites all linguistic groups and societies across the University campuses to participate in this one-of-a-kind occasion. Writing systems of Nigeria’s indigenous languages, dialects, and idiolects spoken within Bauchi State and beyond, poetry presentation, and other forms of oral tradition would be on display. Interested linguistic groups and societies are expected to register their participation with the Centre via this Google Form:
